However, residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have rights similar to those outlined in Section 12, including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal information, as well as the right to opt-out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal information.

17. Additional Disclosures

17.1 Real Estate Transaction Specific Data

In connection with real estate transactions, we may collect and process additional information including financial qualifications, property ownership records, and closing documents. This information is used solely for facilitating your real estate transaction and is shared only with parties directly involved in the transaction.

17.2 AI-Powered Features

Our Platform uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide enhanced services such as property recommendations, market analysis, and automated customer support. These AI systems process your usage data, search history, and preferences to deliver personalized experiences.

17.3 Video and Image Content

Property listings may include photos, videos, and virtual tours. If you upload media content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services. Do not upload content containing personal information of third parties without their consent.

17.4 Biometric Information (Illinois BIPA Compliance)

IvyGro does not currently collect biometric identifiers or biometric information as defined by the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (740 ILCS 14/10), including fingerprints, voiceprints, retina or iris scans, facial geometry, hand scans, or other unique biological characteristics. If we introduce any features that collect biometric information in the future, we will: (1) provide written notice and obtain your written consent before collecting such information; (2) publicly publish a retention schedule and destruction guidelines for biometric data; (3) not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from your biometric information; and (4) store, transmit, and protect biometric information using the same standard of care we apply to other confidential and sensitive information, and in a manner that is at least as protective as industry standards.
